Lanta Castaway Beach Resort is a boutique resort featuring just 23 air conditioned bungalows located on the beach at the southern end of Long Beach, in Phra Ae village. Find our dive shop here.
The resort's well appointed bungalows offer a range of sizes and budgets, and are arranged around a central path that runs from the entrance car park down to the beach.
The local Phra Ae village has several ATMs, a 7-Eleven, local mini-markets, a pharmacy, doctor's clinic, and several small restaurants and bars on the main road.
Beach Bar & Restaurant
The large open air Beachcomber Restaurant offers a terrific view over the Andaman Sea, complemented by the Mad Bull Beach Bar, overlooking the beach, and serving some of the best sunset cocktails on Koh Lanta.
The Beachcomber Restaurant is open from 7 am, serving Thai and western food, including a variety of TexMex and Texas BBQ dishes.
Lanta Castaway also provides free sea kayaks for guest use, massage & spa at the beach, free Wifi throughout the resort, laundry service, in-room safety deposit boxes, a tour desk and motorbike rental.
Dive Shop
Lanta Castaway guests also benefit from the Dive & Relax dive shop directly within the resort, located next to reception. Here you can book fun dives, PADI courses and snorkeling trips with our friendly and professional staff.
Dive & Relax speed boats depart from the beach directly in front of our dive shop at Lanta Castaway Beach Resort each morning for diving and snorkeling trips to Koh Haa, Koh Rok, Hin Daeng & Hin Muang and many other fantastic dive sites in the southern Andaman Sea.
If you're not yet a certified diver, you can try scuba diving for the first time with PADI Discover Scuba Diving, or get certified with the PADI Open Water Diver course on some of Thailand's best coral reefs.
