We are situated towards the southern end of Phra Ae beach (Long Beach), with our Lanta Castaway Resort office located just off the long sandy beach.

Phra Ae is a small village, however it does boast a variety of resorts, shops, many restaurants, food-stalls and bars all within easy walking distance of the beach. There is also a pharmacy, Seven-Eleven, tatoo shops, several laundries, traditional Thai massage, motorbike hire, 2 ATMs, some mini-markets and the island's only doctor has a surgery here also.

There are plenty of taxis and tuk-tuks available on the main road and several places to rent a motorbike if you wish more flexibility around the island.
